Full Fleckvieh. Applecross Rhianna 3A is a dark

red, heavily pigmented IPU Bronson daughter that

consistently turns lots of heads. We have long

been impressed by the power and consistency of

the Bronson females working at Virginia Ranch,

so Bronson became an easy choice to add to our

AI line-up. Rhianna comes from a very maternal

and fertile cow family – in 2014, her grand-dam

Jewel gave us a set of twin heifer calves at age

14. With Rhianna you will get disposition, volume,

color and an exciting Dora Lee Eclipse calf to ring

in the New Year.

Polled Full Fleckvieh. There is always one heifer that

is tougher to part with than all the others, and this

year it is ‘Whitney’. Whitney is the only daughter we

have of Brock Waterloo (one of the high-selling open

heifers at the 2009 Equation Sale), and is exactly what

we strive to produce in our polled females: loads of

volume and capacity, while still retaining neck exten-

sion and femininity, to form a complete and balanced

female. We are quite happy with all of our Pharao

females to date, and Whitney is no exception – they

have all exhibited tremendous spring of rib. Bred to

Dora Lee Eclipse, Whitney should have a long future

as a front end female.
