Volume Discounts

Because of the number of quality bulls offered at Bull Spectrum, it is

very likely you will be able to purchase all your bulls here. We therefore

would like to reward those who purchase three or more bulls at this sale

with a 5% discount applied against your total purchase price.

Bull Spectrum Bull Warranty:

The Bull Spectrum consignors guarantee to sell you a bull that will be exam-

ined by a licensed veterinarian, scrotal measured and semen tested. Should

a sale bull fail to physically penetrate a cow or heifer, a credit will be given

towards the purchase of another bull. Should you have a problem we have

spare bulls available. We guarantee to provide you with a sound breeding

bull, but will not provide replacement or credit for physical injury or misman-

agement. With this in mind, we strongly advise you to insure your bull(s).

Should you have a problem with your bull(s) you will have 60 days from the

time of possession to report the problem to the consignor in writing. The

buyer shall return the bull to the consignor immediately when the problem

is detected at the buyer’s expense. The Bull Spectrum consignor will have

the bull examined by a veterinarian and will have 60 days to prove the bull

will or will not breed a cow. If the bull cannot, or will not, physically breed,

the buyer will be entitled to a credit for the complete purchase price of the

bull in question. Should the bull prove to be a breeder, he will be returned

to the buyer at the consignor’s expense and the matter shall be considered

closed. In no event shall the consignor be responsible for reimbursing more

than the purchase price. We assume no liability legal or otherwise to make

any further compensation to the buyer.

Delivery options:

A –

$100 off per bull if picked up sale day.

B –

Bulls will be delivered free of charge within 250 kms of Innisfail as soon

as possible after the sale, at the seller’s convenience. Over 250 kms will

be arranged at cost.

C –

Bulls will be kept at the seller’s farm at no charge until April 1/12. After

April 1st, delivery will be arranged suitable to both the seller and purchaser.

A charge of $2.00/day will apply after April 1. All bulls returning to the

seller’s farms must be insured.
