Red Polled Purebred. Malkin is another very good Crosby son.
The Crosby bull worked very well for us and 103Y is a prime
example. He has tremendous volume and thickness, he is
structurally very sound with a good bone to muscle ratio and a
nice big foot under him. 103Y’s dam is as deep and round bodied
cow as we have – we have kept her daughters for ourselves and
sons have been sold through this sale before. Malkin is also
performing very well at home, gaining 4.83 lbs/day and again has
a great set of EPDs. He will make his new owner very happy by
siring heavy muscled, fast gaining calves that make you money!!

Red Scurred Purebred. Savard is our last Crosby son. His dam
is one of our old herd matrons – a great Bodybuilder cow that
always raises good calves – many daughters have sold at the
Red & Black sale! Savard is a smaller made bull than his half
brothers ahead of him, but he still has all the same qualities. He
has enough performance but still has an easy birth weight that
could work well in the heifer pen.

Red Polled Purebred. Pronger is a dark cherry red, Crosby son out of an awesome Big Sky daughter who has put bulls through this sale in past years and has daughters in our herd. He is a longer
framed, deep sided bull who has great performance – actual weight Dec. 28 of 1330 lbs (at 11 months of age)! He is gaining 4.24 lbs/day and has a WPDA of 4.02 lbs/day. 141Y has awesome EPDs
– CE of +7.5, yearling wt +72 and milk EPD of +10.6 (all in the top 20% of the breed). He should sire sons that gain well and weigh heavy and daughters that you will want to keep as replacements.
